Description

This 60 min vinyasa flow focuses on increasing hamstring flexibility through stretching the hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors.

This is an all levels flow, so everyone is invited to play! However, please keep in mind that I am not there to physically supervise you or help you correct your alignment in person, so please listen to my alignment cues so you can stay safe in your practice. The last thing we want is an injury!
