Description
Welcome to Day 1 Kettlebell Workout. This kettlebell HIIT workout includes 3 killer kettlebell exercises that will target every major muscle group.
You need only one Kettlebell for this simple but very effective High Intensity Full Body 20 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Complete following exercises within the minute for 20 minutes in total (rest for remaining time before starting next round)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 20 Rounds EMOM
6x Crush Push Up
6x KB Swing
6x KG Goblet Squat
*for extra challenge, you can add more rounds (25-30) or reps.
