Description

Welcome to Day 2 Kettlebell Workout. You need only one Kettlebell for this one and we are focusing on your core (abs) and shoulder strength.

Complete following exercises for 40 seconds (make sure you can maintain good form though out, have extra rest if needed)

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout

- Workout: 5 Rounds (40 SEC "ON", 20 SEC "OFF")

1) Over Hear Hold Marching (R) (Rack Hold Marching)

2) Over Hear Hold Marching (L) (Rack Hold Marching)

3) Figure 8

4) Windmill (R)

5) Windmill (L)

*for extra challenge, you can add more rounds (25min).
