Description
You need only one Kettlebell for this 20 min Upper Body Workout.
Complete following exercises for 40 seconds (make sure you can maintain good form though out, have extra rest if needed)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 20 min (40 SEC "ON", 20 SEC "OFF")
1) Crush Push Up
2) Gorilla Row (R)
3) Gorilla Row (L)
4) Dead Clean to Push Press (R)
5) Dead Clean to Push Press (L)
*for extra challenge, you can add more rounds and take it to 25 min.
