Description
You need only one Kettlebell for this Full Body 30 min Hight intensity EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). In this workouts we will focus on full body and hit big muscle groups like legs, chest, core and back.
Complete following exercises for 30 minutes in total.
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 28kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 30 Rounds EMOM
10x Burpees
15x KB Swings
20x Prisoner Squat
*for extra challenge, you can add more reps for each group of exercises.
