Description
You need only one Kettlebell for this core workout and we are focusing on your abs and shoulder strength (rest of your body will work hard too!)
This is 2 parts workouts.
Complete following exercises for 40 seconds (make sure you can maintain good form though out, have extra rest if needed)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout

- Workout: 5 Rounds (40 SEC "ON", 20 SEC "OFF")
1) Crush Mountain Climber
2) KB Sit Ups
3) Rack Hold Marching (R)
4) Rack Hold Marching (L)
5) Halo
2.Part
-------------------------------------------
Accumulate: 3 min Plank*
*each time you break x 5 Burpees
For extra challenge, you can add more rounds to part 1(25min).
