Description
For this Upper Body workout you need a single Kettlebell and a mat. We are focusing on big muscle groups like chest, back, shoulders and arms. Grab your kettlebell and get ready for this intense workout.
Its 2 parts workout, 5 min AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) and 20 min EMOM (Complete following exercises within the minute rest for remaining time before starting next round)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout:
1.Part - 5 min AMRAP:

*break down reps and take rest as you need to.
