Description
For this Full Body HIIT Workout you need a single kettlebell and a mat. This is very tough and challenging session, so make sure you adjust the weight and reps if needed and get ready for good sweat!
Its 2 parts workout, 20 min EMOM and 10 min EMOM (Complete following exercises within the minute rest for remaining time before starting next round)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
1.Part - 20 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

For the first 10 minutes you need to complete EMOM:
3x Clean
3x Squats
3x Push Presses
Following 10 minutes you need to complete EMOM:
4x Clean
4x Squats
4x Push Presses
*You have to complete 3 sets of exercises on each arm within a minute, when complete, you rest for the remaining time before next minute.
2.Part - 10 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
