Description
In this Kettlebell workout we are focusing on your core, abs and shoulders, we are going through some intense TABATA circuits and finishing this HIIT session with 15 min EMOM. You need only one Kettlebell for this CORE HIIT session
This is 2 parts workouts.
We are going through 3x TABATAs (20sec- "ON", 10sec- "OFF" x 8 Rounds) and 15 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
