In this Upper Body HIIT Kettlebell workout we will focus on your chest, back and shoulders strength. Grab your Kettlebell and lets get ready for some serious Upper Body work!

Its 2 parts workout, 24 min and 5 min EMOM (Complete following exercises within the minute rest for remaining time before starting next round).

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
