Description
Today we are going through Full Body Workout. We are starting with strength part, then moving to intense TABATA finisher, all you need is a single kettlebell. Every single muscle group will get involved for this HIIT session.
Its 2 parts workout, 24 min EMOM and 4 min TABATA
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
1.Part - "Armor Building Complex"
24 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

1x Press
3x Squat
*Complete following exercises on both arms within the minute rest for remaining time before starting next round
2.Part - 4 min TABATA"
(20sec- "ON", 10sec- "OFF" x 8 Rounds)
