Description

Grab your Kettlebell and we are going through some great core exercises! In this intense kettlebell workout we will target your abs and will test your strength, control of the kettlebell and flexibility!

We are completing 3x 8 AMRAP circuits. Make sure you push your self to the limit (while maintaining good form) and aim to complete As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 Minutes.

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout

- Workout:

1.Part - 8 min AMRAP :

10x Pike Leg Lift

10x Push Up + Rotation (5x each side)

2.Part - 8 min AMRAP:

10x Half Turkish Get Up (5x each side)

10x Walking Plank (5x each side)

3.Part - 8 min AMRAP:

10x Half Windmill (5x each side)

10x Plank to Pull Through (5x each side)
