Description

This great Kettlebell workout will hit your legs hard! Sounds easy on paper, but tough once you going through this intense Lower Body session. Oh, I didn't enjoy this one and managed to break a sweat :)

Very straight forward and simple to follow workout.

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout

- Workout: For TIME

100x Front Lunges - 50 (R) + 50 (L)

100x Back Lunges - 50 (R) + 50 (L)

100x Squat

*penalty 5x Burpees for every time you stop or rest (earn your break)

Aim to go through the full range :)
