Description
This Kettlebell UPPER Body workout will test your strength and cardio at the same time! Great combination of bodyweight and kettlebell exercises will get your chest, back and arms working hard!
We are completing 3x 8 AMRAP circuits. Make sure you push your self to the limit (while maintaining good form) and aim to complete As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 Minutes. Res for 2 minutes after each circuit.
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
