Description
We are going through 6 Intense TABATA Kettlebell Workouts, all you need is single kettlebell. This TABATA HIIT session will challenge your whole body leaving you gasping for air. Makes sure you have your kettlebell, water bottle and mat ready for this intense workout.
Today we are going through 6 x TABATA circuits.
Each "TABATA" is 4 min - 20sec- "ON", 10sec- "OFF" x 8 Rounds
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
