Today we are completing 3 Kettlebell Core Circuits. You need only one Kettlebell for this workout and we are focusing on your core (abs), coordination and flexibility. Make sure you push your self to the limit (while maintaining good form) and aim to complete As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 Minutes.

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

1.Part - 8 min AMRAP COMPLEX:

1) Dead Clean

2) Press

3) Windmill

Switch arms each round.

1) Bottom Up Clean

2) Figure 8

3) Snatch

4) Windmill

3.Part - 8 min AMRAP :

1) 5x Hollow Hold Chest Press (R)

2) 5x Russian Twist

3) 5x Hollow Hold Chest Press (L)

Switch sides each round.
