Description
This is one of the toughest kettlebell legs workout you will go through. You will hiit quads, hamstrings and glutes really hard. That was like an acid bath.... Your leg will burn!!! Grab your kettlebell and lets go for it!
We are going through 3x 12 min EMOM workouts.
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
