Definitely one of the hardest and challenging HIIT sessions with Kettlebell. This workout will take you through some intense combination of strength and cardio exercises. Get ready for this tough full body kettlebell workout as we going through many reps today! This is super sweaty session!

- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)

2x Rounds for TIME:

50x Swing (25 R + 25 L)

40x Clean (20 R + 20 L)

30x Snatch

20x Squat

10x Burpees

100x Jumping Jacks

10X Burpees

50x Swing

--------- REST 60-120sec, then repeat whole circuit again ---------
