Description
Welcome to today's electric, intense 1 dumbbell full body workout! This full body workout at home was such a fun one!! This workout is really going to spike your heart rate as we move through a variety of exercises today that will hit total body! Get ready to sweat!
This full body workout was a blast!! We will move through one set of each exercise for a 40 second work period with a 20 second rest before we return to the top for a final round of the same exercises. We will hit the left side of our body first for certain exercises (Squat w/ Single Arm Press, Lunge w/ Single Arm Press, etc.), and then we will hit the right side on our second round. We will be working the upper and lower body at the same time so you may feel your heart rate spike. It's a beauty of a workout, I know you'll enjoy it!!
