15-minute total body stretch routine: promoting flexibility, mobility, & relaxation. This at-home stretch class can be added into your daily routines. It coordinates your breath with flowing movement, assisting with loosening tight muscles & giving you improved range of motion. Try this stretch class first thing in the morning, before bed, or after a workout. Stretching is very important, so aim to incorporate these moves into your daily routine. This class is Day 4 for The Biggest Loser Fitness Challenge.
