Description
This 30-minute HIIT class will blast calories to help you lose weight. This high-intensity interval training at-home workout class combines power moves, kickboxing, active squats & lunges, & high energy combinations to burn hundreds of calories! All of the exercises are standing. You don’t need any equipment (not even a mat), so this class can be done outside or inside! This home-fitness class will burn fat, build endurance, and increase strength & coordination. The class begins with a dynamic warm-up, which is then followed by 3 circuits of 4 exercises (each repeated twice), and finished with a cool-down and stretch. Each interval is 40 secs of cardiovascular work followed by 20 secs of rest (with a 45 sec rest period between each circuit). Modifications are offered to make this class suitable for all fitness levels.
