Description
This 60 min vinyasa flow is focused on strengthening the core muscles, and showing you how much more solid your standing balance practice can be with your core all fired up!
This flow is geared for intermediate level yogis, as a knowledge of poses and alignment is preferred, but everyone is invited to play!
As this is an intermediate flow, I don’t give many modifications for poses, nor do I completely break down alignment for basic poses. Please make sure you listen to your body and back off if something doesn’t feel right. The last thing we want is an injury!
Please keep in mind that I am not there to physically supervise you or help you correct your alignment in person, so please listen to the alignment cues I do give so you can stay safe in your practice.
