Description

Here is my Rebounder HIIT Cardio Workout/ Plus Strength/ Mini Trampoline Workout.

We have 5 cardio and 5 strength section in this trampoline workout and we will be alternating between the them. We won't be using another equipment, just the mini trampoline. We will will work for 45 sec, followed by 15 secs of rest. Make sure you are challenging yourself in the high intensity (HIIT) cardio sections. Push down into the trampoline, tighten your core and use your upper body. Please take breaks if you need and have FUN! As always, we will finish with a relaxing stretch, so stick around for that.
