Description

Just shy of an hour of a full body at home HIIT workout session using mostly a tabata style method (20sec on, 10sec off).

Today we are not only focusing on our the usual suspects (core, glutes, and hamstrings), but I'm also focusing my attention on some muscle groups that don't usually get as much love: lower back (core), calves, and shoulders/upper back. We're using blocks, dumbbells/light kettlebell, and a resistance band, but if you don't have any of the torture devices I use today, that's totally fine! you can get by without them!

There is NO MUSIC in this video (which makes it very awkward to follow to just my jabber). Follow me on Spotify @leesaeileen to listen to the playlist that I used, which is: Garage IHP-ish #3. If you would rather listen to your own jams, do it! I just recommend listening to some kind of background music to get you motivated!
