Move along to the music with this high energy faith filled routine!

This is a hight intensity workout that can be modified to make it a low intensity option.

Remember to replace lunges for the skiis and a modified jack for the jumping jacks, You can march in place instead of running for another option and squats can stay the same or you can add the small hop. Whatever option you choose give 110% stay positive and you got this!
