Description

This 55 min vinyasa flow focuses on compression of the hip flexors, and lengthening of the hamstrings. I take you through familiar poses that you probably do quite often; but I encourage you to become more aware of these movements and appreciate what really is going on in your hips and legs as we hit these poses.

This is an all levels flow, so everyone is invited to play! However, please keep in mind that I am not there to physically supervise you or help you correct your alignment in person, so please listen to my alignment cues so you can stay safe in your practice. The last thing we want is an injury!
