Description
Here is my Rebounder Mini Band Booty Thigh CARDIO Workout. This workout will be 25 mins of cardio (complete with warm up), followed by a 5 min relaxing stretch We will be challenging ourselves with the Glute Mini band, toning our booty and thighs. This is mostly a cardio workout, with a small amount of balancing exercises done on the trampoline. If you are new, please do this workout with out the band, until you be come confident with the moves and the downward press into the trampoline
