Description

This 45 minute T&T HIIT workout targets the core, arms, and glutes/quads. We have special torture devices (props) in today's workout that I don't normally use: a medicine ball and kettlebells! If you don't have these things, you can do this workout with whatever weights you have (or not) and just modify where you need to.

T&T is HIIT style, so 40sec of work and 20sec of rest. We do 7 exercises for core twice, and 7 exercises for glutes/quads twice, hitting those arms all the while!

Tone & Tighten is meant to be a challenge!! It is tough, but so worth it! My philosophy is: if it doesn't challenge you, what the hell are you doing it for?! So take this workout for what it is. Have fun with me! Even if you only do two things today, AWESOME! You have something to work towards! Keep at it!
