Cardio & strength tabata workout! This fun, HIIT class uses short, intensive intervals & light weights to give you a total body workout. In under 30 minutes, you'll get heart-pumping & blast hundreds of calories! This class combines planks, squats, and lunges with dynamic cardio movements to keep you engaged the whole class.

The class begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by tabata intervals of 20 seconds work with 10 secs rest. Each 4-minute tabata set includes 2 exercises that are each completed 4 times each.
