Welcome to your stability ball and dumbbell workout! This 20 minute balance practice will include both dumbbells and a stability ball. We will really be working your full body in this stability ball and dumbbell toning workout. Incorporating balance training has really improved my core strength and my overall stability in my training and yoga practice. THIS balance and tone workout with stability ball and weights will have you sweating from head to toe!

Looking for ways to improve balance and coordination? This style of training has really made an impact in my total body balance. I have seen such a difference in my balance after implementing sessions like this one to two times per week. I love being able to mix up my training and really slow down the body and mind.

This full body stability ball and dumbbell workout consists of a variety of exercises that we will repeat only once! No repeat babyyyyy, BUT if we complete an exercise on one side, we must complete that exercise on the other side too. We have 40 seconds on the clock with a 20 second rest in between each exercise. These exercises are challenging, balance practice is challenging so move slow and with control. Don't feel the need to rush, quality reps over quantity, you got this!!

This is a great low impact workout at home, you will be moving slow, but get ready to sweat! If you stumble today, that is OKAY!! Practicing balance is difficult and we all have to start somewhere. Pick back up where you stumbled, you got this! The more you practice, the stronger you will become in your balance practice! I'm stoked you're here for this calisthenics inspired balance and stability full body workout!!
