30 minute, no equipment HIIT class! This fun workout is a split-screen class with Stephanie from The Fitness Mission & Cristina from Christ Glorified Fitness. High & low-impact options are demonstrated, making this a great workout for any fitness level. This class opens with scripture & prayer, and features upbeat, Christian music.
Workout Description
- Class begins with a dynamic warm-up (built into the 1st set)
- There are 3 interval sets, containing 4 exercises (each repeated twice)
-Each exercise is 45 seconds of work, with 20 secs rest.
- Class concludes with a quick cool-down & stretch
