Description
In celebration of our one year anniversary of doing Zoom classes with my peeps, I got a little crazy with a tabata challenge class for them! This class was a KILLER one today, but like every class, this one can be modified to be as easy or as hard as YOU decide to make it!
We use a long resistance band, as well as the shorter resistance band, weights, and blocks in our torture session! If you don't have a longer resistance band, you can get through this workout with body weight only, or subbing out the band with either weights or the shorter style of resistance band. We hit the whole body today for that full body soreness tomorrow!
There is NO MUSIC in this video (which makes it very awkward to follow to just my jabber). I just recommend listening to some kind of background music to get you motivated!
