Description

In this 60 min vinyasa, I take you through a series of twists and twisted transitions, as well as poses to loosen up tight hamstrings. Today's class is a light, breezy flow with the purpose of scratching my own itch and stretching out what was tight after an intense Pilates class the day before! So have fun with it, and enjoy this all over stretch class.

This is an all levels flow, so everyone is invited to play! However, please keep in mind that I am not there to physically supervise you or help you correct your alignment in person, so please listen to my alignment cues so you can stay safe in your practice. The last thing we want is an injury!
