Description
Here is my Rebounder Upper Body Strength Circuit // HIIT Sprints! In this rebounder workout with weights, we will building lean muscle and burning calories with high intensity sprint variations. We have 4 circuits of 4 moves, consisting of 3 upper body strength exercises and one cardio sprint. We have 40 secs of work and 20 secs of rest. Each circuit will be performed 2 times back to back and then we will finish with a cardio push, sprinting through our 4 cardio moves one last time.
Challenge yourself with heavier weights and have a lighter and heavier for the variety of movements. I only used a set of 8 lbs (4 kg) because I carried all my gear to this location. However, I would normally use 8 lb and 10-15 lbs for the exercises. Make sure you challenge yourself in the cardio sections.For high intensity cardio to be effective, you want to be out of break at the end of the 40 secs. You body will continue to burn calories after the workout is over!
