Today we are focusing on our the usual suspects (core, glutes, and hamstrings) using body weight only!! *gasp* Yep! You ready that right! No Torture devices whatsoever! I have been getting crazy with the props lately, so I decided to go back to my roots today and make this class more accessible to everyone. But don't get it twisted: just because there isn't any prop usage today, doesn't mean that it's easier! You'll still get that intensity you expect from me, just, prop-less!
