Description

30 minute Kickboxing & HIIT at home fitness class. Burn up-to 500 calories! This fun class combines classic kickboxing moves & combinations in a high intensity interval training format. No equipment is needed!

The class begins with a dynamic warm-up, which is followed by 3 intervals, each with 4 exercises that are repeated twice. Each exercise includes 40 secs of kickboxing work, followed by 20 secs of rest. Modifications are offered to make this class appropriate for all fitness levels.
