I give you permission to take it easy! In this hour long restorative yoga class, something I like to affectionately call adult naptime, I invite you to relax deeply, connect with your breath, and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system (heal, rest, restore). Let the stress of modern living exit your bones. Think of restorative classes as a deposit into your health and wellness bank.

If you don't have classic yoga props, grabs some cushions of the couch, towels, scarves, belts, books, etc.
