Description

In today's T&T we use blocks, a resistance band, blocks, and a weights for a full body workout, but focusing in on the core, upper body, and glutes/quads. There are a lot of planks in the first half of this video, so make sure your wrists are nice and loose!

T&T is HIIT style, so 40sec of work and 20sec of rest. We do 7 exercises for core twice, and 7 exercises for glutes/quads twice.

Tone & Tighten is meant to be a challenge!! It is tough, but so worth it! My philosophy is: if it doesn't challenge you, what the hell are you doing it for?! So take this workout for what it is. Have fun with me! Even if you only do two things today, AWESOME! You have something to work towards! Keep at it!
