Description

Outer thigh exercises on the mat (no equipment)! This class will sculpt & tone the outer part of the legs & work the glutes. This class is low-impact with 5 exercises completed on the left, and then all 5 exercises repeated on the right. All of the exercises are 40 secs of work with 20 secs rest.

Abductor Leg Lifts

Side planks with leg lift

Pilates based leg circles

Meat Slicer Exercise with kick

Rainbow leg lift
