Full body Workout Routine! This 55-minute at-home workout class will sculpt & tone your whole body, alternating between upper body & lower body exercises in a continuous-movement format. Lightweight dumbbells are recommended. This class is low-impact and highly effective. It begins with a dynamic warm-up and ends with a quick stretch. The first 2/3 of the class is standing, with the last 1/3 completed on the mat.
