Description

Bodyweight HIIT workout! Enjoy this 35 minute full body strength & cardio workout at-home, while supporting a great cause! This class is low-impact, & will BLAST fat and tone the whole body. Modifications are provided to make this class appropriate for all fitness levels.

The Workout:

All of the exercises are 40 secs of work, with 20 secs rest (and each circuit of 4 exercises is repeated twice). A dynamic warm-up is built directly into the first set of exercises, and the class ends with a cool-down/stretch.
