Description

No repeat inner thigh exercises on the mat! This class will sculpt & tone the inner part of the leg & work the core. This class is low-impact and requires a resistance ball (or a throw-pillow). All of the exercises are 40 secs of work with 20 secs rest. Abdominal exercises are also paired with several of the leg exercises, to give you a well-rounded workout in a short amount of time.

Adductor Leg Lifts

Side planks with leg lift

Bridge Position Fitness Ball Squeezes

Fitness Ball leg twists

Heel squeeze hip thrusts
