Description

Here is my Rebounder Total Body Workout Circuit Workout // Strength + Cardio Workout! This trampoline workout combines cardio and strength in this full body routine. We will warm up, then run through a 19 exercises circuit with dumbbells 2 times through, working for 45 secs with 15-20 secs of rest. I will be using a set of 10 lb and 15 pounds. (4.5 kg and 6.8 kg). Pick a weight that challenges you, but make sure you can still maintain excellent form. We will finish with 5 minutes of core work and a relaxing stretch!
