Description
This 60 min vinyasa flow focuses on loosening up tight hip flexors and hamstrings, paying special attention to the inner thighs. As this is a hamstring class, you may want to grab a yoga strap (or a belt or towel) to help bring your feet closer to you, as well as a set of blocks (or thick books) to help bring the ground closer to you.
This is an all levels flow, so everyone is invited to play! However, please keep in mind that I am not there to physically supervise you or help you correct your alignment in person, so please listen to my alignment cues so you can stay safe in your practice. The last thing we want is an injury!
