Here is my Rebounder Recovery Workout / Rebounder Lymphatic Circulation / FEEL GOOD! This class is perfect for a recovery day, a warm up or for those day you are feeling lower energy. This energizing beginner friendly class will gently boost your lymphatic circulation and strengthen your immune system. We have 3 sections of LOW IMPACT rebounding with three sections of yoga inspired movements, designed to lengthen, tone and strengthen your smaller deeper muscles.

Remember to breath and enjoy the moment! :)
