Description
Here is my Trampoline Workout With Weights/ Strength & Cardio Intervals with Dumbbells/ Full body Workout! This trampoline workout combines cardio and strength in this full body routine. We will warm up and then run through a variety of circuits targeting the whole body. Some exercises will be repeated twice and some will only be completed once on each side of the body. We will finish with one round of glute, core and back strengthening exercises. I will be using a set of 10 lb and 15 pounds. (4.5 kg and 6.8 kg). Pick a weight that challenges you, but make sure you can still maintain excellent form. All of my workouts include a warm up and cool down stretch, so please stick around until the end of the video! :)
