Standing Cardio HIIT workout: NO EQUIPTMENT! This class will burn tons of calories in a short amount of time. This no-repeat workout includes fun combo moves (making it great for those who get bored easily). Modifications are provided to make this class appropriate for various fitness levels.

The Workout:

Dynamic Warm-up

3 sets of 4 exercises: 40 secs each with 20 secs rest

Exercises include: Run taps, squat jumps, cardio kickboxing moves, side hops to high knees, standing obliques, and more!
