Hi everybody,
finally our lockdown is over and we are free again!!! From now and on we are filming workouts in nature here around on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
So for the first video of the summer challenge š series I have a 20 minutes full body workout. Low impact, knee friendly, cause no jumping.
