Namaste my friends,
another month passed by and it's already time for the new zodiac flow: PISCES
In this short flow we will focuse on flowing & fluidity, as the element of that star sign is water. During the practise we will use the Ujjayi breath, to create the sound of the ocean. This star sign is associated to the second chakra, which is in the pelvis and hip region, so there we will release some tension.
The body parts connected to Pisces are the feets and the toes, so we will stretch and strengthen thse muscles for more stability. And at the end of the practise we will have on heart opening posture to embrace the compassionate qualities of the Pisces, as this is one of their positive traits.
