Full Body Workout with Dumbbells: 35 minutes of continuous movement alternating between upper body & lower body exercises (plus fun combinations of both!) This class will get your heart pumping and build your endurance. Light weights (3-5 lbs) are recommended, as this continuous flow format has only 3 short breaks. The first 2/3 of the class is standing and the final 3rd is on the mat (with focus on the abs & glutes). This class is low-impact and appropriate for all fitness levels.
